• Stamp € 2,00 (to be paid within the 5^th of every month);
• Utilities (water, electricity, gas) not included in the rent and that are on consumption (to be paid within the 5^th of every month).

This room is suitable as a double room, paying an additional charge of €100,00 at the Administrative Fee and the Monthly Rent.

The owner will reserve the possibility of accepting or denying your request, depending on the maximum number of tenants in the apartment.

There is a possibility that there are more tenants in the apartment than the indicated number.
