Rental conditions
It changes in relation to the kind of room and it includes the condominium fee and the Wifi in fibra ( with high connection ).
It needs to be paid only once and will be refunded 60 days after the check-out.
It needs to be paid only once at the check-in and includes :

- Documents which need to validate the contract ( e.g. the fiscal code )
